 Glenair offers seven different fiber optic connection systems for tactical and mission-critical applications such as military jets, communication shelters, and other high-bandwidth systems designed to carry digitized video, voice and data. Glenair's MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-PRF-28876 and GFOCA type connection systems are all optimized for low dB optical loss and mating cycle durability. Glenair also offers expanded beam connectors and their own advanced high-density system (GHD) that doubles the number of available contacts compared to mil-standard connectors.
