D Series Connectors
The D Series—Rugged Push-Pull—offers a compact, miniature interconnect option designed for harsh environments. It combines high vibration resistance per Mil STD 810H with IP68 unmated sealing, making it ideal for demanding military, industrial, and aerospace applications. The D family features a small footprint (5 plug sizes from Ø7.0 to Ø18.8 mm) with 3 keyway options and 3 shell types in brass, plated with anthracite nickel. It supports a broad range of cable diameters (2.2 to 34 mm) with an overmoulded backshell option, and provides 2 to 32 contacts for multipole, coax, or fibre optic configurations, including data protocols such as SPE/Ethernet and USB 2.0/3.2. Termination options include solder and print (PCB). The D Series locks via Push-Pull with Break-away, enabling quick, secure connections, and delivers robust performance with temperatures from -55°C to 150°C and mating cycles exceeding 5,000 cycles.
