Discrete wire solutions are available in a wide variety of pitches from 0.80 mm to 6.35 mm, as well as wire gauges from 10 to 32 AWG. Additional options include rugged latching, high-reliability Tiger Eye™ or individually shrouded contact systems, ultra micro power, standard and high-power versions, polarization and keying.
MicroMate™ .0394" (1 mm) Pitch Systems
Samtec’s Micro Mate™ discrete wire systems offer incredible space savings and design flexibility. Crimp-style dual leaf contacts provide a reliable connection in a slim, low profile design for cable-to-board, cable-to-cable and cable-to-panel applications.

Mini Mate® .100" (2.54 mm) Pitch Systems
Mini Mate® 2.54 mm (.100") pitch discrete wire cables and connectors feature individually shrouded contacts for reliability in harsh environments with up to 4.8 Amps.

- 24 to 32 AWG in PVC or Teflon™ fluoropolymer wire; color coded wire available
